This calculator lets you make a number of different loan calculations quickly, one after another. A loan calculation involves the following four values:

Loan Length -- number of years
Loan Amount -- number of dollars
Interest Rate -- rate at which loan is compounded annually
Monthly Payment -- dollar amount to repay loan in the specified time.

This calculator can compute any one of the above four values. In the form below, specify any three of the values, and specify 0 for the fourth value. The calculator computes the fourth value, and prints out a loan amortization table.

If you prefer, you can specify values for all four fields, In that case, the calculator will simply print a loan amortization table based on those values.
